1. Acceptance of Terms
This website is operated by VibeCodeWeb.
By accessing or using the website vibecodeweb.in or engaging VibeCodeWeb for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.
2. Services
VibeCodeWeb offers the following services (collectively, "Services"):
- Custom web development and landing pages
- AI automation and workflow integrations
- SaaS application development
- Retail & POS system development
- AI strategy and consulting
- Claude API and LLM integrations
- AI chatbot development and deployment
- Niche content generation tools
All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon in writing (email or WhatsApp) before work begins. Verbal agreements are not binding.
3. Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- A minimum advance of 50% of the total project cost is required before work begins.
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final delivery of files or credentials.
- For ongoing/retainer engagements, payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.
- Delayed payments beyond 7 days of the due date may result in work suspension.
- Prices on the website are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after a project discussion.
4. Refund Policy
We strive to deliver quality work. Our refund policy is as follows:

Important Notes
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the triggering event (cancellation or delivery).
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10–14 business days.
- Refund mode: credited back via the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or bank transfer via PayU). Cash refunds are not issued.
- Domain, hosting, third-party API, or subscription costs paid on the client's behalf are non-refundable.
- Change-of-mind after project completion does not qualify for a refund.

5. Revisions & Change Requests
Minor revisions within the agreed scope are included. Any changes that significantly alter the original agreed scope (new features, redesign, different technology) will be treated as a new work order and quoted separately.
Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. After this period, further changes will be billed at standard rates.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom code, designs, and content created specifically for their project.
- VibeCodeWeb retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
- Third-party libraries, frameworks, and APIs remain subject to their respective licenses.
- The VibeCodeWeb name, logo, and brand assets remain our exclusive property.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, project details, and business data as confidential. We do not share or sell client information to third parties. Clients are similarly expected to keep any proprietary methods, source code, or internal tools shared by VibeCodeWeb confidential.
8. Limitation of Liability
VibeCodeWeb's total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Business losses arising from website downtime or technical failures beyond our control
- Third-party service outages (hosting, APIs, payment gateways)
- Data loss due to client-side negligence or third-party breaches
9. Website Use
The content on vibecodeweb.in is for general information purposes. You may not:
- Reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission
- Use the site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website without notice.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
We encourage resolving any disputes amicably first. Please reach out to us before initiating any legal action.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
